You can work out independently at BigGym from the age of 14.
If you are under 18, you can only become a member with the permission of a parent or guardian.

If you signed up for your membership through our website, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days.

If you don’t use your membership within these 14 days, cancellation is free of charge. You can find the cancellation form here.

If you have used your membership, BigGym will charge a pro-rata fee from the activation date to the date of cancellation, including any registration fees.

Yes, you can exercise separately with a Together membership. Train whenever it suits you best.

Yes, after your fixed-term contract ends, your membership is automatically renewed.

For a 1- or 2-year Unlimited, Daytime, or Together membership, it is then converted into a membership that can be canceled every 4 weeks. After that, you can cancel at any time with a notice period of one full payment cycle.

Yes, you can! You can easily change your membership through the BigGym app or at the front desk of your location. Note: downgrading is not possible during your current membership period.

There could be a few reasons why you are still receiving invoices:

  • Together Membership
    For a Together Membership, both members must cancel individually. If you cancel but your workout partner does not, the membership will continue under the account of the person you originally signed up with.

  • Your membership period hasn’t ended yet. Do you have a 1- or 2-year membership? You must first complete the full membership period before your membership can officially end. Check the end date in your cancellation confirmation. You will continue to be billed until that date.

  • The cancellation was not processed correctly. Cancellations can only be made through the BigGym app. Check if you have received a cancellation confirmation. Without a confirmation, the cancellation has not been processed.

You can find a full explanation of your invoices in the BigGym app. Go to “My Payments” in the app for an overview of all your invoices and specifications.

The free promotional period is added to your membership upfront. Your regular membership term starts only after these free weeks have ended. This means you only start paying once the promotional period is over, and from that moment, your regular contract term begins.

Log in to the BigGym app and go to your profile or payment overview. Here you can see exactly how many outstanding items you have, your current balance, and the available payment options.

With a Together membership, membership is personal. This means both members must cancel their membership individually.

Check in the BigGym app whether both memberships have actually been canceled. If one of the two is still active, the membership will continue, and invoices will still be sent.

If you move to a location more than 30 kilometers away from a BigGym gym, you can cancel your membership.You must provide proof with an official registration document from the new municipality. After approval, we may recalculate your contribution and the membership will be adjusted/terminated.
