HYROX is the international fitness competition that combines running with functional workouts. Think sled pushes, wall balls, lunges, and other challenging exercises, alternated with runs. During the BigGym HYROX Event, you’ll train in a motivating environment with professional guidance, energetic music, and a community that pushes each other to get the best out of themselves. This event is perfect as preparation for an official HYROX race, but also if you just want to experience how fun and intense this workout style is.
