What will you do as a Social Media Intern?

BigGym is looking for a social media intern to strengthen the team at the headquarters in Uitgeest. As an intern, you will be part of a young but rapidly growing company. Our online marketing specialist will guide you during your internship period and teach you all the ins and outs of social media.

You plan content for all BigGym’s social media channels using the social media content calendar
You come up with new content ideas for social media channels and develop them with the graphic designer
You ensure that BigGym’s house style is correctly translated into the content
You help improve our social content strategy
You ensure the best customer experience in terms of customer care via social channels
You support the optimization of current campaigns and help develop new ones
You ensure that the most up-to-date content is available on our website

We ask

You are social-minded and know what’s happening
You are pursuing an education in (online) marketing and/or communication at MBO or HBO level
You are proactive and don’t like to sit still
You are eager to learn and have good communication skills
You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
You are available to work within the organization for at least 4 days a week
Experience with social media management software is a plus
You have a good sense of humor and an affinity for sports

8-hour shifts per day, Working hours 08:45 AM to 5:15 PM
