What will you do as a Gym Assistant Manager?

You find it important that all team members are on the same page, that all rules are followed, and that each team member takes their own responsibility. You want everyone to enjoy their work and are therefore the second point of contact after the Gym Manager in the BigGym. Additionally, you have the necessary knowledge to ensure that BigGym runs smoothly. You excel at maintaining an overview, coaching your team, and following the rules. You also consider achieving set targets extremely important. These are coordinated with the head office.

We ask

Good communication is second nature to you and you can act flexibly. Since you are a certified fitness instructor yourself, you can also provide circuit training and ab workouts. You also have a diploma in Sports, Management and Entrepreneurship or a similar education.

Furthermore, you are:

A team player who ensures that the staff is satisfied, while still enforcing all rules?
Athletic and do you live to ensure that goals are achieved for yourself, the staff, and the customers?
A person who can maintain a good overview and act flexibly?
