What's HYROX

HYROX is the ultimate combination of fitness and endurance. During this structured group workout, you’ll train strength, stamina, and speed in a unique wa, just like in the official HYROX competitions. The workout is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. You’ll follow the HYROX program in our dedicated HYROX Performance Centers in Enschede, Rotterdam, and Alkmaar. In all our other gyms, HYROX is offered as a regular group class at the standard location.

What you can expect

Each HYROX class combines functional exercises with running elements. Think rowing, sled pushing, wall balls, lunges, and more. Under the guidance of an experienced HYROX coach, you’ll work on your performance, technique, and fitness at a fast pace. The class is intense, energetic, and motivating—perfect for anyone who enjoys a challenge.
