What will you do as an HR Manager?

We are looking for an energetic HR professional who can bring structure and empower people.

As HR Manager at BigGym, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and improving our HR policy. You will handle the entire HR cycle and be an important sparring partner for management and our regional managers. Additionally, you will ensure that our headquarters runs smoothly, from personnel matters to office organization.

Your tasks include:

  • Developing and implementing personnel policies.
  • Coordinating recruitment selection for branches and headquarters.
  • Onboarding, contract management, and personnel administration.
  • Absence management and contact with occupational health services.
  • Confidential advisor and point of contact for employees.
  • Advisor to managers and regional managers on HR issues.
  • Active contribution to our culture, communication, and team spirit.

Additionally, you will support with:

  • Office organization and facility matters.
  • Administrative support for directors and management.
  • Contact with suppliers and external partners.

We ask

  • HBO (Higher Professional Education) work and thinking level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Experience or affinity with office management? That’s a plus!
  • Good knowledge of labor law, absence management, and HR processes.
  • You are discreet, independent, organized, and bring positive energy.
  • You work in a structured manner but can switch flexibly if the day unfolds differently.
