Boxing is a dynamic group class inspired by boxing. You’ll learn punches, combinations, and footwork while simultaneously developing your strength, speed, and endurance.
The class starts with a short warm-up, followed by boxing techniques combined with cardio and strength exercises. Our trainers motivate you and offer alternative exercises so everyone can participate at their own level. The class is intense, fun, and challenging.
