What’s next?

• Check your email: You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with a link to activate your Sportivity account and download the app. You’ll find your Daypass in the app.
• Using your Daypass: Use the BigGym app to scan the QR code at the reception of your chosen BigGym location. The pass is valid for one week and gives you access to all our facilities and Group classes.
• Haven’t received an email? Check your spam folder, or if you’ve previously created a Sportivity account, log in to the BigGym app with those credentials.
